Concealed Carry Combat, Level 1:
February 15, 16 (6:00pm - 10:00pm) and 18 (8:00am - 5:00pm)
A 16-hour course designed to provide the participant
with the foundational tactics, techniques and procedures necessary for handling an armed
confrontation while carrying a concealed firearm. Utilizing proven training methods combining
classroom lecture, practical exercises, live-fire exercises and situational exercises, this course
develops a base line understanding of the threat environment and provides the participant with
options for protecting themselves, their loved ones, or other innocent persons confronted by an
armed assailant. Participants who successfully complete the program will have demonstrated a high level of functional safety with their firearm, a high level of competence and accuracy in utilizing their firearm, and an ability to identify and engage appropriate targets.

Utah Concealed Firears Permit Course
February 23 (6:00pm - 10:00pm) and February 25 (8:00am - 5:00pm)
A 12-hour course exceeding the state requirements for obtaining a Utah Concealed Firearms
Permit. The course entails 4-hours of classroom instruction and 8-hours of practical exercises
and range time. The attendee successfully completing the program will have received not
only the legal knowledge required under the law, but will also have a clear understanding of
the concealed carry environment, including the mindset necessary to develop the skills to win
an encounter involving a threat to their safety or the safety of their family. The attendee who
successfully completes the program will also have demonstrated required standards of safety
with firearms, as well as having been provided with exceptional training in accurately engaging
appropriate targets.

Pistol Instructor's Seminar
March 21-23
Pistol Instructor's Seminar: a 24-hour course for law enforcement and military pistol instructors
designed to provide advanced understanding of the physiological and psychological components
for accurately engaging threat targets in extreme environments. Includes improved concepts
for training students of all backgrounds and demographics in the art and science of pistol
marksmanship. Instructors will understand how to diagnose performance problems, read targets
for performance feedback, and properly design learning environments and courses-of-fire to
produce enhanced skill in their students. Critical to the course are the identification of common
practices in the pistol training community leading to poor performance, reduced safety, and
higher risk to students. Instructors will be required to pass a written test and present a block of
training as part of a graded exercise.

Block 1: Leadership

or future S.W.A.T. unit commander with an understanding of the dynamics of leadership of a
S.W.A.T. Team in the 21st century. Focusing on core leadership philosophies and concepts,
this course utilizes incident reviews and case studies to emphasize the learning points. The first
block in a five-part series leading to certification, this course is a prerequisite for Block 2.

Combat Carbine:
Level 1

A 16-hour defensive carbine course built around the AR-15 platform
and its many variants. This course is designed to make the practitioner functional in the basic
manipulations required to perform while under the stress of an engagement and utilizes proven
tactics, techniques and procedures as developed by experienced special operations personnel and
as tested in combat. This course provides the basic foundation for further courses designed to
provide the practitioner with higher levels of skill.

Concealed Carry Combat:
Level 2
April 25, 26 (6:00pm - 10:00pm) and 28 (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Concealed Carry Combat, Level 2: A 16-hour course designed to build on the tactics, techniques
and procedures received in Level 1. This course utilizes additional situational training
exercises and introduces the participant to processes for use inside homes, workplaces, and
other structures. Utilizing live-fire exercises to review and enhance pistolcraft, the participant
will also be exposed to reactionary and moving targets, as well as to force-on-force training
scenarios. Participants who successfully complete the program will have demonstrated a high
level of functional safety with their firearm, a high level of competence and accuracy in utilizing
their firearm, an ability to identify and engage appropriate stationary and moving targets, and a
clear understanding of the principles of armed combat. Concealed Carry Combat, Level 1 is a
required prerequisite for this course or SRW, Inc. must waive the prerequisite.

S.W.A.T. Team Leader's Certificate
Block 2: Personnel and Training Management
April 30, May 1
A 2-day course focusing on the selection and
retention of qualified personnel and the conduct of effective training management. The attendee
will understand the philosophy and design of personnel selection processes, and will be better
able to protect the team and agency from legal risk inherent to initial applicant testing. The
attendee will also learn the concepts involved in performance-oriented training and will be able
to apply them to create long-term training programs producing high levels of tactical competence
and skill within their unit. Critical to alleviating legal risk is effective training documentation
and the attendee will understand the key points of the documentation process. The second block
in a five-part series leading to certification, this course is a prerequisite for Block 3.
